2001年在安徽師范大學化學系獲學士學位,2004年在中國科學院上海有機化學研究所與安徽師范大學聯合培養獲碩士學位,師從王紹武教授和朱仕正研究員;2010年在香港大學獲哲學博士學位,師從支志明院士。2010年4月至20129月先后在香港大學和美國The Scripps Research Institute從事博士后研究。20129月加入南方科技大學化學系。曾獲得香港大學2009-2010年杰出研究生獎,入選深圳市海外高層次“孔雀計劃”B類人才等。研究方向是圍繞非活性烯烴和炔烴的不對稱官能團化開展工作。以第一作者或通訊作者在國內外期刊上共發表SCI檢索論文40篇如J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (9篇)、Nature Commun. (1篇)、ACS Catal. (3篇)、Chem. Commun. (4篇)、Org. Lett. (8篇)及 Chem. Eur. J. 2012年底在南方科技大學開展獨立的科研工作,迅速建立科研團隊。目前主要圍繞均相和非均相(金屬框架)催化劑的設計與他們組成協同催化劑;不對稱自由基化學。在短短三年時間里積累了豐富的研究經驗并取得了多項創新性成果,以通訊作者身份在高影響力期刊上發表29篇具有重要學術影響力的論文,如J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (6篇)、Nature Commun. (1篇)、ACS Catal. (3篇)、Chem. Commun. (4篇)、Org. Lett. (5篇)及 Chem. Eur. J.
